GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
Inclusions:
Unlimited mileage.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
Theft Waiver (THW).
Third party liability (TPL).
Bail:
A $1000.00 credit card security deposit hold, refundable, will be held until the end of the rental period. After returning the vehicle it will be unlocked in 2 to 8 banking days.
Cross-border travel:
Rental vehicles cannot be taken out of the state of Florida. If this occurs, the client will have a fine of $2000.00, which will be charged to their credit card.
Electronic toll (Sun Pass):
Prepaid tolls are available for USD 19.99 per day.
If customer declines automobile toll pass/electronic toll device, a $25 fine will be assessed for each toll used, in addition to the cost of each unpaid toll.
CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THEIR OWN TOLL DEVICE.
If the customer removes the electronic toll from the car, an additional charge of USD 500 will apply.
Driver’s age:
The minimum driving age requirement is 21 years and the maximum age is 74 years.
A young driver surcharge of $19.99 per day will apply for drivers 21 to 25 years of age.
A young driver surcharge of $19.99 per day will apply for drivers age 75 and older.
Driver’s license:
Clients must present a complete and valid driving license with a minimum age of 2 years before the rental start date and without important guarantees. A valid ID and passport must be requested at the time of pickup.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in English. The international driver’s license must be accompanied by the driver’s original national license. If you do not have this document, the counter will indicate the steps to follow to make your reservation.
The following documents are required at the time of pickup:
Passport, valid driver’s license, valid credit card, proof of reservation.
Insurance coverage.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), is included in your rental amount.
The collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage liability to the excess/deductible amount.
Excess:
The maximum excess amount for CDW is $5,000, for all vehicle groups. This must be reflected in the receipt for the customer’s knowledge.
Theft Waiver (THW) – It is included in your rental amount
Theft Waiver: Reduces the customer’s financial responsibility for loss or theft of the vehicle to the deductible amount.
The maximum excess for THW is USD 5,000,000 for all vehicle groups. This must be reflected in the receipt for the customer’s knowledge.
Third Party Liability (TPL) – It is included in the amount of your rental
Rental vehicle insurance coverage includes Public Liability with limited coverage for personal injury and property damage.
Excessive reduction:
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Coverage (Super CDW) reduces the excess amount to ZERO.
Super CDW pricing is $55 per day for all vehicle groups.
It cannot cover glass, tires and other accessories.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental counter. For more information, ask at the rental desk.
Rate:
An airport fee of $3.95 per rental will apply.
A port fee of USD 10 will apply.
These rates are already within the suggested rental rates.
Other fees:
For parking tickets, a charge of USD 100 per day will apply.
For traffic fines, USD 300 (flat rate) will be applied.
A one-time charge of $500 will be applied for smoking inside the vehicle.
Crash assistance:
Roadside assistance is $7.99 per day. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be provided prior to the start of the rental.
Fuel policy:
The vehicle will be delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned full. Otherwise, the missing fuel will be charged upon return.
Fuel charges are payable at the rental counter unless otherwise noted.
Supplier’s fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at the rental desk.
Sales tax:
Office sales tax is not included in the rental price and will be collected additionally at the rental counter.
Payment methods:
Only MasterCard, Visa debit cards and credit cards are accepted.
Only cards issued in the name of the main driver are accepted.
Cash, vouchers, prepaid cards, debit cards are not accepted.
Delivery and collection:
Our customer service hours are:
Monday to Sunday from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
After-hours delivery and pickup service has a surcharge of $75 for each case.
Grace period:
For vehicle pickup: A 1 hour grace period is allowed.
For the return of the vehicle: A grace period of 1 hour is allowed from the time of delivery. After the grace period, a late payment fee of $25 per hour will apply. From the third hour of delay, the full day’s rental will be charged.

Inclusions

Limited mileage: 100 miles per day (for Florida residents)
For excess miles, an additional charge of USD 0.80 per mile will apply.
Policy
The following types of insurance:
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI).
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
Third party civil liability (TPL).
THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Insurance is accepted only if issued in the following countries: USA.
To use the renter’s own insurance, the renter must present proof of CDW, Theft and TPL coverage in his or her name, issued by one of the following companies: GEICO, ALLSTATE, PROGRESSIVE, USA, FARMERS, MAPFRE, METLIFE, NATIONWIDE, STATE FARM , LIBERTY MUTUAL, it must have a liability limit of $500,000 to $1,000,000. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance card in the primary driver’s name, insurance declaration page that matches the home address on the driver’s license and is valid for at least 3 months prior to pickup.
If you use credit card insurance, you must have a liability limit of $300,000 on your credit card. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance card in the primary driver’s name, insurance declaration page that matches the home address on the driver’s license and is valid for at least 3 months prior to pickup.
If the customer uses his own insurance, then the customer’s liability amount for the rented car is USD 1000. In case the customer uses self-insurance, an additional charge of USD 10 per day applies.
If you do not meet the insurance requirements listed above or your credit card/self-insurance is not from the companies listed above, you must purchase insurance at the rental counter to rent the vehicle. Insurance can be purchased at the rental for an additional charge which is:
1. CDW Bronze – $25.00 per day reduces overage to $3,000
2. Basic CDW: $40.00 per day reduces overage to $1,000
3. CDW Gold – $45.00 per day reduces overage to $500
4. Platinum CDW: $55.00 per day reduces overage to $0
Bail
The block of $1500.00 corresponding to a security deposit on a refundable credit card will be maintained until the end of the rental period, after returning the vehicle it will be unlocked in 2 to 8 banking days.
Cross-border travel
Rental vehicles cannot be taken out of the state of Florida. If this occurs, the client will have a fine of $2000.00, which will be charged to their credit card.
